商品の梱包が開始され次第、配送情報とオンラインでご注文状況を確認できる
**追跡リンクを記載した「出荷確認メール」**をお送りいたします。

追跡情報が反映されるまでに数日かかる場合がございますので、
あらかじめご了承ください。

また、マイアカウントにログインのうえ、
「注文履歴」よりご注文状況をご確認いただくことも可能です。

◾️ 配送先について

日本国内でのご注文商品は、日本国内に現住所をお持ちのお客様のみへの配送となります。

◾️ 配達不可の商品について

ご住所の不備や不在等により商品をお届けできなかった場合、
商品は自動的に当社へ返送されます。

Shipping Information

◾️ Standard Shipping (Free within Japan)

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge.
Your order will be dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods such as Christmas or New Year holidays,
shipping and delivery may take longer than usual.

◾️ International Shipping

We now offer international shipping to
Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States.

All international orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (tracked)
for safe and reliable delivery.

Processing time before dispatch: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions.

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

◾️ Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped,
you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and link.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available online.

You can also check your order status by logging in to your account
and visiting the “Order History” section.

◾️ Shipping Address

Domestic shipments are available only to customers with a valid Japanese address.

For international customers, please ensure your address is entered in English (Roman characters)
to avoid delays or delivery issues.

◾️ Undeliverable Orders

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence, or unpaid import fees,
your order will be automatically returned to us.

In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable,
and reshipping will require an additional postage charge.

◾️ Packaging & Care

All jewelry is carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
and include photos of both the item and the packaging.
