■How to measure your size
A. Simple measurement method that can be done at home
What you need: Thin paper, pen, ruler, tape
- Wrap a strip of paper around your finger
- Mark in just the right place
- Measure the length with a ruler (=inner circumference)
- Choose the closest size from the table above
*If possible, measure at different times of the day for more accurate results (swelling is more likely in the evening).
B. How to measure using your own ring
What you need: Rings you use often, ruler
- Prepare your most frequently used rings
- Measure the inside diameter (from inside edge to edge) in mm
- Choose the closest size from the table above
■Points to note when choosing a size
- Finger size changes depending on the time of day, temperature, and your physical condition, so it's recommended to measure your finger multiple times at different times of the day .
- If you have thick joints, use the size of the joint rather than the base of the finger as a guide.
- For slim designs, we recommend a tight fit, and for wide designs, we recommend a slightly looser fit.
- If you are between two ring sizes, Primitive Painters generally recommends choosing the larger size.
