Returns and Exchanges
◾️Return conditions Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met.
① The product must be unused (for indoor use only).
②All accessories are included.
3) Sale items and some promotional items cannot be returned.
④ The return deadline has not passed.
⑤ After receiving the product, there must be no scratches, damage, or stains on the product (including stains from antiperspirants, perfume, makeup, animal hair, other fibers, or dust).
⑥ A return request has been submitted.
Please check all of ① to ⑥ before proceeding with the return procedure.
◾️Return Deadline Please complete the return delivery procedure within 30 days of receiving the product.
◾️How to return an item ① Submit a return request If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email, stating the reason for the return.

②Shipping of returned products When returning a product, please use Yamato Transport's prepaid shipping slip to return the product.
*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep the shipping slip or copy of the waybill in a safe place as it may be required to check the return status.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns using methods other than Yamato Transport's prepaid shipping slip (cash on delivery, using other shipping companies, etc.).
◾️Refund Method After receiving the returned product, the return will be processed within 7 business days, and the refund will be completed within 15 business days.
*If you pay by bank transfer, a separate transfer fee may be charged.
*If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
◾️Regarding exchanges, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and then place a new order for the desired item.
