Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item within 5 business days.
Please note that during peak order periods such as Christmas and the New Year holidays, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual.


◾️About tracking your order Once your order has been packed, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email containing all shipping information and a tracking link so you can track your order online.
Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to appear.
You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account and going to "Order History."


◾️About delivery destinations Items ordered within Japan will only be delivered to customers with a current address within Japan.

◾️About undeliverable products If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence, the product will be automatically returned to us.
